Happy Friday, y’all! If you’re a CLT native, you know that this week it has been absolutely frigid outside - so, I thought we could all use a little “warm up” so to speak!

Grab a kettlebell and give me 3 sets of each exercise, 1 minute each!
LEGS
Split Stance Kettlebell Swing (Right)
Split Stance Kettlebell Swing (Left)
Eccentric Kettlebell Squat (think down slow, up quick!)
ARMS
Single Arm Kettlebell Press (Right)
Single Arm Kettlebell Press (Left)
Alternating Kettlebell Halos
Overhead Kettlebell Tricep Extension
ABS
Single Side Kettlebell Russian Twist (Right)
Single Side Kettlebell Russian Twist (Left)
Kettlebell Single Arm Roll Up (Right)
Kettlebell Single Arm Roll Up (Left)
