Happy Friday, y’all! If you’re a CLT native, you know that this week it has been absolutely frigid outside - so, I thought we could all use a little “warm up” so to speak!

All you need for this workout is a kettlebell and a get-after-it attitude! I’ve listed the details below for this full body burner. Let me know if you have any questions or require any modifications in the comments below!

Full Body Friday

Grab a kettlebell and give me 3 sets of each exercise, 1 minute each!

LEGS

  • Split Stance Kettlebell Swing (Right)

  • Split Stance Kettlebell Swing (Left)

  • Eccentric Kettlebell Squat (think down slow, up quick!)

ARMS

  • Single Arm Kettlebell Press (Right)

  • Single Arm Kettlebell Press (Left)

  • Alternating Kettlebell Halos

  • Overhead Kettlebell Tricep Extension

ABS

  • Single Side Kettlebell Russian Twist (Right)

  • Single Side Kettlebell Russian Twist (Left)

  • Kettlebell Single Arm Roll Up (Right)

  • Kettlebell Single Arm Roll Up (Left)
