Busy days at the gym sometimes mean you just grab one piece of equipment and find a corner to get some work done and sheeesh that was the case last night in the apartment gym! All you need is a bench and a medium weight medicine ball for this one — let’s go!

Medicine ball abs

Complete one minute per movement 3X for an Ab Workout in under 30min!

  • Med ball Russian twists

  • Med ball in and outs (with ball between feet)

  • Side Laying Oblique Leg Raises R/L (with med ball between feet)

  • Overhead med ball hold with alternating heel taps

  • Hyperextended med ball dead bug crunch

  • Legs drops (with med ball between feet)
